Ji-eun was driving her car so fast way back home. Every time she's in a bad mood, she drives her car insanely fast so she can forget about it. Thank god she always arrived home safely. So she slam the door of her car and she walked with heavy steps inside their house while mumbling to herself. But then she stopped as she saw someone at the living room.


Chunhee: Ji-eun-ah! 
Ji-eun: O...omma?
Chunhee: Where have you been? We've been waiting for you.
Ji-eun: W..we?
DaeHo:Ji-eun-ah, it's been a while.
Ji-eun: A...Appa?
DaeHo: Ne.
Ji-eun: W..w..what are you guys doing here???
Chunhee:Mwo? what do you mean? This is our house.
DaeHo: is there something wrong?
Ji-eun: A..Ani... It's just that...im not used that you guys are home. You're usually busy with business and has no time for me, or even to come home.


Her mom approached her and held her shoulders.


Chunhee: We're very sorry sweetheart, it's just that, me and your dad are busy for the company, and you know we're doing this for you, right?
Ji-eun: Uhhh..ne..omma, of course...but, can you stay home at least for a day? can you manage to visit me everyday? I'm so lonely alone..
Daeho: We're very sorry ji-eun-ah, you know we can't. 
Ji-eun: Yea, as always, You know what, you shouldn't have send oppa to study abroad, so that he'll be with me. So i'll be less lonely. I..need a family you know.. not just my friends..
Daeho: That's why we're here, to talk about something.
Ji-eun: Ne? What do you mean??
Chunhee: Uhh, Yeobo (honey) let's talk about that later okay? let's have some lunch first.
Daeho: Okay, i'll call them.
Ji-eun: Them?
Chunhee: Uhh, sweetheart, do you think you can help me to cook dinner? 
Ji-eun: sure mom, i love too.


Ji-eun noticed that her mom always interrupt his dad from continuing what he has to say, but she ignored it. She was more excited for her and her mom to cook dinner together. She always wanted to do that. So both of them went to the kitchen and wear their colorful aprons as her dad is on the phone talking to someone.


After an hour, Ji-eun and her mom finished cooking and asked the maids to serve it at the long table. Ji-eun was very happy after it.


Ji-eun: Omma, don't you think we cooked too much? I mean, it'll be the 3 of us only right? but we cooked a lot. Is there any visitors to come?
Chunhee: Ahh..actually there is...
Ji-eun: Ehh? Nugu? (who)


Before her mom can tell her, her dad interrupt them and told them the visitors have arrived. So her mom proceed to the table outside while she went upstairs to change her clothes since there's a visitor. After dressing up, she went downstairs and straight to the table. she was walking while fixing her clothes, making sure that it's presentable enough. And as she turns up to greet the guests, she was..shocked.


Chunhee: Oh, there you are sweetheart, we've been waiting for you.
Daeho: Ji-eun-ah, is there something wrong? You looked like you've seen a ghost.
Ji-eun: Ne, there is..


A guy from the other side of the table gave her a smirk and spoke.


Seunghyun: It's been a while, Ji-eun yang (Yang-miss)
Junghwa: So, you know each other already?
Seunghyun: Of course appa, more than that.
Hyeosun: what do you mean son?
Jaenim: Ahh, omma, of course he'll know her, I'm Ji-eun's  best friend! have you forgotten? 
Hyeosun: Ohhh.. yea.. you must have told your brother about her.
Daeho: Oh well, Ji-eun, join us.
Ji-eun: Ne....APPA...
