Everyone seems to recognize the girl except Ji-eun who was her first time to see the girl. Everyone is smiling at her, well, almost everyone, Except her and Seunghyun.

Yumi: It's been years since i last saw you guys, how have you been?
Yongbae: Well, we're doing all good, how's you? It seems like you never changed, you're still beautiful.
Jiyong: Yea, who invited you anyway?
Jaenim: Oh, it was me. I thought she should be here too since you're friends with her.
Jiyong: Yea, especially to Seunghyun. Am i right Seunghyun?
Seunghyun: Huh? Ahmm..Ne..
Yumi: It's been a while too Seunghyun, how are you?

Yumi: I see that you haven't change at all, you're still handsome. I wonder if everything is still the same as before.

Seunghyun went out from the venue and Ji-eun continues to ran after him.

Ji-eun: Ya! Stop! I can't run with this heels!

Seunghyun stopped from running. Ji-eun bumped into him.

Ji-eun: ouch! Why did you stopped?!
Seunghyun: You told me so!
Ji-eun: Ah, ne. Hey why did you ran anyways?!
Seunghyun: Nothing i just..
Ji-eun: And who's that girl? Why do i feel like you're somewhat, connected to her? Did you had an affair with her? Do you like her?
Seunghyun: Ya, will you stop asking questions?!
Ji-eun: Wae?! i have the rights to ask! She went into our party, then you started acting like this. Why don't you just tell me already!
Seunghyun: i can't!
Ji-eun: WAE?!
Seunghyun:Because i don't want to!
Ji-eun: Kurae? Fine. Then i guess...Then i guess i won't be able to open my heart again and let you be my everything until you tell me everything. I'm going!

Ji-eun walks away from him. Seunghyun was then again, surprised to what Ji-eun said. He was standing still out of nowhere for an hour.

Everyone gathered around as Daeho, Ji-eun's father approaches the mic. Everyone in the family was there, Of course, the Choi family was there.

Daeho: Good evening everyone, thank you all for coming tonight. Well, i won't beat around the bush, I'll tell the reason for this party. As you've all known, I'm getting older, but still, i can manage to run our company. But this isn't for life time. Someone has to take over the company, and you also know that i have 2 precious children. But i decided that my daughter, shall continue what i started, with his husband to be. May i present you, My Daughter, Dong Ji-eun, and my best friend-slash-business partner's son Choi Seunghyun.

Everyone applauded after Ji-eun and Seunghyun went on the stage.

Jaenim: I never thought that they'll look good together.
Yongbae: Yea, me too. What do you think Ji?
Jiyong: Of course, She looks very beautiful.
Yongbae: And what about seunghyun?
Jiyong: He's always been stunning. Do i really have to say it all over again?

They arrived at the venue of the party. Ji-eun was still very quiet, not saying a thing at all, Seunghyun talked to her.


Seunghyun: Ya, why are you so quiet? Is there something wrong? Did you fight with your parents again? Ya, Ya. Ji-eun-ah! Are you even listening to me?
Ji-eun: E..Ehh? Are you saying something?
Seunghyun: Are you mocking me?
Ji-eun: Mwo? 
Seunghyun: Stop fooling around and tell me why you're so quiet!
Ji-eun: It's nothing okay.
Seunghyun: It bothers me. You can't go out from this car without telling me what's wrong.
Ji-eun: I said its nothing. Don't start a fight seunghyun.
Seunghyun: Ya, i know you already, now speak up! I thought we're okay now?
Ji-eun: *Sighs* I don't know. I'm confused.
Seunghyun: Confused? About what?
Ji-eun: I don't want to tell you because this is something important for me.
Seunghyun: What's important to you is also important to me. Now tell me.
Ji-eun: Fine, you want to hear the truth? Okay.  My heart. My heart & mind is confusing me. I don't know what else to do!
Seunghyun: Huh? I don't get it.
Ji-eun: Seunghyun, you know that i don't like you right?

Seunghyun was very shocked to hear that from Ji-eun. He never thought that Ji-eun would be that honest and frankly tell it to his face that he likes someone else.

Ji-eun: M..Mwo..? H..How did you....?
Seunghyun: Its okay Ji-eun, i already know everything.
Ji-eun: What do you mean everything?
Seunghyun: That...He was..He was your first everything, The...only guy who can cheer you up and make you happy, Your tears, your smiles, are all for him only. He's your everything. The one who owns your heart. Your life.
Ji-eun: How did you......
Seunghyun: You know that i don't like you too right? You're the girl i hate the most in this world. Everything you do irritates me. You're no good for me. But...As days goes by, and I'm starting to know you.. I tried to understand you, and finally, i get used to it. I'm not saying that...I like you now. But I'm still trying to adjust. And i know, I've done bad things to you, and you already forgive me for that. Now i only want to ask you something.. Do you think...You could..
Ji-eun: I could....?
Seunghyun: Don't you think you could let me be you're everything?
Ji-eun: W....What?
Seunghyun: I know, I'll never replace Jiyong in your heart and in your life. But now that we know that this marriage is getting more serious. I want...I want you to open your heart for me. I know this is hard for you. But you should understand that this is hard for me also. But I'm trying my best here. 
Ji-eun: But it's harder for me because i...i like somebody else.
Seunghyun: Wae? Don't you think i like someone else too.?
Ji-eun: What do you mean?
Seunghyun: You know nothing about how i feel...
Ji-eun: If...If you....If you're really trying, you should tell me.
Seunghyun: I don't think this is the right time. Now I'm asking you, can you try to give me some space there? I'm not asking the half of it, even one-fourth. I'll be trying my best to do it step by step. From nothing, until you forget Jiyong.
Ji-eun: And why would you do that? You don't even like me. What are you trying to do? Let me fall in love with you while you're liking someone else? You think I'm that stupid?

Ji-eun:You never intend to tell me anything about you, but you know exactly what my heart contains. Don't you think this is unfair?

Ji-eun: If its complicated, then let's not do this. This is really nonsense. You know what? Let's just go out there and make a fake couple. That's how we should do.
Seunghyun: You're really pushing me away from you Ji-eun. I don't know what else to do..

Ji-eun went out the car and walks away while seunghyun was left inside his car. 


Seunghyun: I never should have tried it. Damn. I knew this will happen. I'm so stupid. Ugh. I don't know what else can i do to that girl. Now I'm confuse.

 As the two reunited, someone opens the door and find both of them hugging each other.

Junghwa: Well, well, well. What do we have here?

Ji-eun and Seunghyun immediately released each other. It was Seunghyun's parents.

Hyeosun: Oh, yeobu, i think we just disturbed them.
Ji-eun: A...Aniyo ommoni.
Seunghyun: Aniyo? They definitely disturbed us!
Ji-eun: They didn't! Please don't misinterpret ommoni, aboji.
Junghwa: Ji-eun-ah, no need to explain, we saw what we need to see. And you're a couple anyway, there's no way we should be shocked about this.
Hyeosun: Yea, actually, we enjoyed it.
Seunghyun: Ehh? How long have you been watching us?
Junghwa: Oh, not really, we just arrived.
Seunghyun: Oh, is that so?

Ji-eun and seunghyun was shocked about the news of the engagement party. They will be announced as couples to everyone. Will they overcome it? Ji-eun went home and was not very surprised to see her parents.

Daeho: Oh, you're here.
Chunhee: Where have you been sweetie?
Ji-eun: At the Choi's residence.
Daeho: Oh, to see seunghyun?
Ji-eun: Ye.
Chunhee: Why do i get the feeling that you're not surprised to see us?
Ji-eun: Oh, Ye. Seunghyun's parents were there. And they already told me everything.
Daeho: about the Party too?

Ji-eun went upstairs, Took a shower, and wore the dress in her bed which her mom bought her. While doing everything, she was out of her mind. When asked about Seunghyun, She couldn't think of anything to answer. Her hearts says its Jiyong, but her mind keeps confusing her about Seunghyun. After preparing for the party, someone knocks at the door and told her that someone is already downstairs, waiting for her. She went downstairs, still absent minded. She didn't even notice who was the guy waiting for her. 

Seunghyun: Ji-eun-ah! Ji-eun ah!
Ji-eun: Oh, it's you.
Seunghyun: Of course it's me. Let's go, we're gonna be late!
Ji-eun: Ah, ne.

Seunghyun escorted her to his car. He always make sure that Ji-eun wears her seatbelt before driving off. He slightly smiled as he drives, but she can't help but notice Ji-eun being so quiet.

Its been weeks since Ji-eun saw Seunghyun. They haven't seen each other for 2 weeks. It seems like Seunghyun is not very visible after their fight. Ji-eun felt a bit happy to not see Seunghyun around but she also felt uneasy. So she decided to go to their house. Before she could press the doorbell, someone opens the door. It was seunghyun.


Ji-eun: Oh, *clears her throat* Seunghyun-ssi, it's been a while.
Seunghyun: Jaenim is not here. He went to busan to visit our grandmother.
Ji-eun: Ohh.. kuraeyo? (is that so.)
Seunghyun: Ye.
Ji-eun: Uhmm...if that's the case then..
Seunghyun: Ji-eun-ssi.
Ji-eun: Ne?
Seunghyun: Did you really went here to see Jaenim.
Ji-eun: Huh? w...what do you mean. O...Of course!
Seunghyun: That's strange. I heard Jaenim called you, telling you that she'll go to busan today before she left the house.
Ji-eun: Huh? Me.? She didn't!
Seunghyun: That's more strange, i heard her clearly said "Ji-eun-ah, I'll go to busan today. let's hang out some other day" 
Ji-eun: S...She did? Oh, maybe i misheard her.
Seunghyun: Jeongmal? (really?)
Ji-eun: And what are you trying to say here, that i came to see you?
Seunghyun: Aren't you? *smirk*
Ji-eun: O...Of course not!
Seunghyun: okay, if you say so. If that's the case then, I'll go in.


Seunghyun turns around and walk back inside their house but before he closed the door;


Ji-eun:S..S..Seunghyun-ah!
Seunghyun: Oh?
Ji-eun: C..Can we talk for a minute?
Seunghyun: Wae?
Ji-eun: FINE! I..I'm actually here...to see you.
Seunghyun: Really? why?
Ji-eun: I...I need to tell you something.
Seunghyun: Oh, kurae? (is that so?) Come in.
Ji-eun: A...Aniyo, I'll just tell it here.
Seunghyun: You won't come in, fine. *Closing the door*
Ji-eun: Ahh..Ja....Jamkaman! (just a sec!)

Ji-eun slowly walks toward and went inside the house. Seunghyun smiled as he closes the door.


Seunghyun: Have a sit.
Ji-eun: Ahh.ne.
Seunghyun: You want something?
Ji-eun: Aniyo. I won't be staying for long.
Seunghyun: Ohh.. okay. So, what is it that you have to say? It seems to be very important. You could have called me. But you went all the way here.
Ji-eun: It's just that......I...I haven't seen you for a week now. And i thought something  bad happened to you..so i just...
Seunghyun: You miss me?
Ji-eun: Mwo?
Seunghyun: I mean, I'm definitely fine. In fact, I'm super fine. Not seeing you is a relief. Less stress and Less worries. And jiyong is always around right? so you won't be needing me. And this is what you want right? For me to not appear in front of you. I'm such a bothersome to you right?

Seunghyun: Then what? Every time I'm around we always fight. We always hurt each other by those harsh words we say. And i think this is the best way. Don't you?
Ji-eun: Right. I think you've done a clever move.

Ji-eun: Every time we see each other, we fight. And if we continue to see each other, i don't think we'll not be able to marry. So i think you did a good job by not being so visible. In that way, I....I..I've come to realize that....I started this all..And for that...I'm....I'm sorry.. Please forgive me.


Seunghyun was shocked, He never expected Ji-eun to say those things and apologize. There was a silence between them. Seunghyun slowly walks towards Ji-eun until they were face-to-face. Seunghyun looks deeply into her eyes and slowly placed his hands on Ji-eun's forehead.


Seunghyun: Ji-eun-ah...
Ji-eun: N...Ne..?
Seunghyun: Are you.....ARE YOU SICK?!
Ji-eun: M..Mwo?! YA! I'm serous! I'm...I'm really sorry.
Seunghyun: Wow, this is something new.
Ji-eun: So...Can...Can you forgive me?
Seunghyun: Huh? Forgive you? I don't think so.
Ji-eun: M..Mwo?! Wae?!


Seunghyun hugged her with a smile in his face.


Seunghyun: I've done things to you also. And I'm sorry too. I...I missed you brat.
Ji-eun: I...I kinda miss our fights too.


Seunghyun even hugged her tighter, And Ji-eun slowly place her arms around seunghyun to hug him back.

Since Yongbae was left alone, he called Seunghyun to went out and go clubbing with him. Few minutes later, Seunghyun came at the cafe.


Yongbae: Oh, seunghyun-ah! here!
Seunghyun: Oh, Yongbae-ah.
Yongbae: I thought you won't come. Have a sit.
Seunghyun: Just a sec. *looks around* this place is familiar.
Yongbae: Familiar? maybe you went here.
Seunghyun: Ah.. I.. I remember.
Yongbae: Hmm? remember what?
Seunghyun: A..Aniyo. So, i thought we'll be clubbing?
Yongbae: Yea, I'm just waiting for jiyong to comeback.
Seunghyun: Comeback? wae? where did he go?
Yongbae: I really don't know, i just went to order food for us and all of a sudden, they're gone.
Seunghyun: Huh? They? What do you mean they?
Yongbae: Ji-eun and Jiyong
Seunghyun: MWO? w...where did they go?!
Yongbae: i don't know, the moment i turn around, they're gone. Maybe they want to be alone. Ya know what i mean? *smirk*

Yongbae: I'm just kidding! As a matter of fact, there they are.


Jiyong and Ji-eun went inside the cafe, Seunghyun stood up as he saw them. They we're laughing with each other and didn't notice that Seunghyun was there until they bump into him. Jiyong looks at him with a surprising look. Seunghyun was keeping his chin up. Jiyong smiled at him and place his arms at Ji-eun's waist. Seunghyun's eyes widens.


Jiyong: Seunghyun-ah, you're here.
Seunghyun: Yes. I suppose you can see me clearly.
Ji-eun: Ya, what's with the attitude again? Stop it.
Seunghyun: Where did you go?
Ji-eun: Why do you care?
Seunghyun: I have the rights to know.
Ji-eun: And why is that so?
Seunghyun: Because...Because....
Jiyong: Of course he has the rights to know Ji-eun. He's your future husband.
Seunghyun: M...Mwo..?
Jiyong: I knew it already. I'm glad Ji-eun told me. Chukahae~ (Congrats)

Seunghyun grabbed her hands and walks away. He pushed her inside the car and slammed the door as he goes in.

Ji-eun: MWO?! Ya, I'm going out of your car!
Seunghyun: You can't I'm driving!
Ji-eun: Then I'll jump off! Stop the car!
Seunghyun: Ya! Why are you yelling?!
Ji-eun: Just stop the car!


Seunghyun stopped the car, Ji-eun went out the car and slammed the door. Seunghyun ran after her. He grabbed her arms and held it tightly.


Seunghyun: Ya, let's talk.
Ji-eun: Let go of me!
Seunghyun: Let's talk.
Ji-eun: I said let go!
Seunghyun: I said let's talk!
Ji-eun: Fine, let go then talk.
Seunghyun: There, now can we talk?!
Ji-eun: Neo, why do you have to drag me all the way here just to talk huh?!
Seunghyun: W...why did you tell him?
Ji-eun: Tell him what?!
Seunghyun: About the marriage. You told me not tell him but then you told him. What the hell is this?! what are you trying to do huh!
Ji-eun: Nothing! i just want to tell him personally about the marriage! what the hell is your problem?! why are you acting like this?! 
Seunghyun: I don't know why I'm acting like this! All i know is that you make me look stupid!

Ji-eun: Ya! why are you yelling at me in the middle of the road?!

Ji-eun: I don't know what you mean! but if it's about that thing i told you that you shouldn't tell him about the marriage, it's done okay! stop making a big fuss about this! You're unbelievable!


Ji-eun walks away from him. Seunghyun  was left, he was so mad as he keeps kicking his car.


Seunghyun: UGH! WHY AM I FEELING LIKE THIS?!!!! DAMN IT!

Ji-eun, Yongbae and Jiyong went downtown for a little visit at their favorite Cafe. As they walk in, Ji-eun stopped for a while. Yongbae went ahead to the counter to order something for them. Ji-eun was still standing at the entrance. Jiyong noticed her.


Jiyong: What's wrong Jagi?
Ji-eun: Huh? Ah. nothing. I just..Remember something.
Jiyong: Oh really, what is it?
Ji-eun: Ah, nothing important.

Jiyong stood up, held her hand and ran outside. 


Yongbae: Ehh? where's Jiyong and Ji-eun?


Jiyong and Ji-eun was running down the streets. Jiyong was holding her hands as they run. Ji-eun is very clueless about where Jiyong would take her. After running for half an hour, they arrived in front of Han river.


Ji-eun: Han river? 
Jiyong: Ne. This is where we always spend our time whenever we're depress remember?
Ji-eun: Ahh..ne..
Jiyong: wae, haven't you went here for the last 10 years?
Ji-eun: A...Ani... 
Jiyong: Huh? what do you mean?

Ji-eun: I already told appa that i will never marry him. But he collapsed. And now, to avoid another breakdown from appa, i must not upset him. Ji-eun: I'm sorry if i planned to not tell this to you.. But it's just that, Seunghyun is acting all weird when i told him not to tell you about this.. I thought that, i might as well say it before anyone will.
Jiyong: Why would you be sorry? It's okay Ji-eun-ah.
Ji-eun: It's just that...


Jiyong pulled her and hug her tight as he whisper to her ears;


Jiyong: Gomawo~
Ji-eun: E..Ehh? 
Jiyong: Thank you....Thank you because you told me this. This only means, you're still loyal to me, for all this years. You never hide anything for me. And for that, Gomawo. 


Jiyong was very happy, he can't help himself but smile. Even if it bothers him, he didn't care as if he never heard such thing as marriage. All he know is Ji-eun remains the same. After those 10 long years that he's gone, Ji-eun didn't change the way he was to him. He was somehow, Happy, yet shocked about it. Instead of asking further question about it, the only way he thought is to hug her. In that way, he doesn't have to react to anything that she said.

Seunghyun went home. He directly went upstairs to his room and slammed the door. Jaenim went out to her room as she heard the loud slam of the door. She went inside Seunghyun's room.


Jaenim: YA oppa! Wae?
Seunghyun: huh? Museun wae? (what do you mean why?)
Jaenim: Why did you slammed the door. Gosh, you woke me up!
Seunghyun: Sorry.
Jaenim: Oppa, is there something wrong?
Seunghyun: Yea, there is. 
Jaenim: What is it oppa? tell me.
Seunghyun: Its just that...Ugh.. How do i say this.
Jaenim: Come on, spit it out. You know you can tell me everything.
Seunghyun: Its....Its Ji-eun.
Jaenim: Ji-eun? What about her? Did you fight again?
Seunghyun: Yea, i wish that's just it. But its not.
Jaenim: What is it then?
Seunghyun: Perhaps..Perhaps you know what's his relation to Jiyong? i mean, Im Jiyong's friend, but we're not so close.

Jaenim: Well, since Jiyong went to study abroad with you guys, they ended up their contact to each other. Ji-eun felt like her world came crashing down upon her and was badly hurt by it. So she decided to throw all that love away. Then she decided to close her heart to any guy. She thought that Jiyong will never be back for her. 
Seunghyun: But he did. Now she can marry him. Aish~ that girl.
Jaenim: Hey, why are you asking this by the way?
Seunghyun: Huh? Ahmm..Its because... It because she told me to not tell Jiyong about our marriage. And i was wondering why she had to do so. And Jiyong keeps calling her Jagi, which irritates me. I don't know why, but it irritates me everytime i see them so sweet together and calling such names. Ugh. Annoying.
Jaenim: HAHA.
Seunghyun: Ya, why are you laughing?
Jaenim: Oppa, Let me clear things up to you. You're not Annoyed. You're JEALOUS.
Seunghyun: What? When? Who? Me? Jealous? over them? Hell NO!
Jaenim: Omg, so this is how you react when you're jealous. This is something new ya know.

Jaenim: Well.. the way you act now is just simply showing that you're starting to like her.

Jaenim went out his room as he threw a pillow at the door. He sat at the corner of the bed and crossed his legs and arms.


Seunghyun: Jealous? Haha. You must be kidding me. over her? Jeez. No. But..Why am i so bothered everytime.....Ugh. enough! This is insane! Aish~ Im going crazy! Maybe i should take a shower. Yea, take a shower.


He hurriedly took a shower. After an HOUR, yea, an hour, He went out from the bathroom with his faovrite robe on. He sat infront of the mirror, checking every angle of his face.


Seunghyun: Damn, im so handsome and too sexy for her.

As they all went inside, Ji-eun excused his oppa for a while.

Ji-eun: Ah! that, ahmm..oppa, can you do me a favor?

Ji-eun: Can you not tell Jiyong about the marriage thing between me and seunghyun?
Yongbae: Huh? And why is that so?
Ji-eun: It's just that.....You know..
Yongbae: Oh, i get it. You...still like Jiyong don't you?
Ji-eun: Ne? A...Ani! it's just that.. I really don't want to shock him with the news. He....He's a good friend to me you know. Just....Just let me tell it myself, okay? Please?
Yongbae: okay, If that makes you happy, then I'll go with it.

Ji-eun wrap her arms around Yongbae's waist as they walk out from the kitchen.


Jiyong: Aww, look at this two. You must have miss each other ehh?
Ji-eun: Yea, i sure do. 
Jiyong: Hey, did you miss me too?
Ji-eun: Ehh? uhmm...of..of course i did!
Jiyong: Then...Why not give me a hug?
Ji-eun: Ehh?
Yongbae: Ya, no skin ship jiyong.
Jiyong: I know, I know. i was just kidding. Perhaps later?
Yongbae: Stop it. Why don't we just sit and relax today huh?
Ji-eun: That will be fun Oppa. Let's go out, all of us.

Seunghyun: Well I'm not in the mood for your jokes. And yongbae, stop acting like you're the oldest okay?

Seunghyun: I dunno. I'm sorry, I'm really not in a good mood to day. I'll be going first.


Seunghyun stood up, walks to the door, stopped for a while to stare at Ji-eun, and he continuously walks out the door.


Jiyong: Man, what's wrong with him?
Yongbae: I dunno. This is the first time i saw him act that strange.
Jiyong: Ji-eun-ah, do you have any idea why he acted that way?
Ji-eun: E...Ehh? M...ME? No, I'm...clueless.
Yongbae: Well then, what should we do?
Jiyong: Let's go clubbing?
Yongbae: Hmm...not a very good suggestion. I want to go clubbing with seunghyun too.
Jiyong: Hmm... well...Maybe let's just go downtown, Cafe perhaps?
Ji-eun: That be great~
Yongbae: Hmm..okay, as long as I'm with my sister here.
Jiyong: Yea, me too. As long as I'm with her.
Ji-eun: Okay, let me change first.
Yongbae: Okay, we'll be waiting here.


Ji-eun went upstairs, into her room to change. But then she paused for a while. She thought about Seunghyun.


Ji-eun: What's wrong with him? And why did he stare at me before he went out? Could it be the thing i told him about not telling our marriage? But...Why would he react that way? Aish~ he's really strange. i must stop thinking about this and change my clothes. Aish~~


So she went inside her walk-in closet to change her clothes.
