THE NEXT MORNING, Seunghyun woke up first. He caresses Ji-eun's hair as he stare at her while sleeping. he was smiling as she stares at her. Ji-eun slowly opened her eyes and as she saw seunghyun smiling at her, she smiled back a bit.


Seunghyun: Good morning.
Ji-eun: Good..morning~
Seunghyun: Look, i...i want to say sorry about what happened last night..I...I... honestly, i dont know what to say..
Ji-eun: So do i..
Seunghyun: Ahmm.. this is getting really awkward right now.. uhmm...
Ji-eun: Would you like to prepare breakfast for me?
Seunghyun: Ahh...Ne, great idea. Be right back. 


Seunghyun hurriedly went to the kitchen and prepared breakfast for Ji-eun. Ji-eun just can't help smiling when she saw seunghyun hurriedly went to the kitchen. After an hour, he went back to the room with a tray and a warm smile.


Seunghyun: Breakfast is ready!
Ji-eun: Its about time. Nan paegopa! (im hungry)
Seunghyun: Say ah~
Ji-eun: Tsss! Childish.
Seunghyun: Just do it!
Ji-eun: Fine, ah~
Seunghyun: Does it taste good?
Ji-eun: hmm...lets see... Its...perfect *smiles*
Seunghyun: Of course it is, i made it myself!
Ji-eun: Ah jinjja.
Seunghyun: Ahmm, by the way, ji-eun-ah, i still want to talk about US. what are we gonna do now? 
are we gonna tell them what happened?
Ji-eun: No, we can't. I..I still dont know what to do about this
Seunghyun: Im willing to marry you...
Ji-eun: Even if you're not, we have to do this, for our family.
Seunghyun: No, what i mean is..... Im willing to marry you not just because of our family, or what happened last night, im willing to marry you because i love you... Despite  of every fights we had, i learned how to understand you, to appreciate you, to get to know more of you and now. I've always felt this emptiness in my heart, and you filled it up. I love you ji-eun, it's for real this time... Im willing t o love again despite of what i experienced from the past... You made me realize that i should move on with it...
Ji-eun: I....I....


Before Ji-eun can continue speaking, someone entered the room.


Jiyong: Seunghyun-ah, what happened last................ Ji-eun-ah, what are you.....?

Seunghyun was walking blankly and slowly, Ji-eun keeps following him and telling him to stop but he seems to be deaf and not hearing a single word. Until....Ji-eun finally reach into him and held his arms for him to stop.


Ji-eun: Ya, are you deaf! i said stop! Let's talk.


Seunghyun turns around into her slowly and Ji-eun was shocked to see Seunghyun's tears falling from his eyes...


Ji-eun: Ya, neo wae keurae? (why are you like that?) Ya! why are you crying! 


Seunghyun wasn't talking, even a word won't come out from his mouth, he was just staring at Ji-eun, crying... His eyes turns red and tears keep on falling.


Ji-eun: Ya, talk to me! You can't be like this Seunghyun! Just because she said that doesn't mean you should be like this! Stop crying like a child! She's just a girl!
Seunghyun: She....She's not JUST a girl.. she's the one i love...You really can't understand me Ji-eun....Can't you see how much i am hurt right now.. I don't have enough strength to fight with you, so please...Just leave me... Don't be such a burden...i can't handle you right now...


Ji-eun was surprised to what she heard, she slowly let go Seunghyun's arms. Seunghyun looks into her, full of tears and turns around and walk. Ji-eun was left, speechless. But few moments before seunghyun can even be 3 feet away from her, Ji-eun ran into him and back-hugged him.


Ji-eun: Seunghyun-ah, i can't let you go this way, i don't want to see you in tears, i don't know why but it's tearing me apart the moment i saw you cried today, I never wanted you to be like this. Please seunghyun, stay with me, be with me. 


Seunghyun slowly turns around to her. He saw tears falling from her eyes. He gently wipes them, then he smiled at her and said;


Seunghyun: As much as i love teasing you, i never wanted to see you in tears, so don't cry. never cry for me,i'm not worth those precious tears...


Seunghyun gently kissed Ji-eun's lips...


Both of them went to Seunghyun's place...


Seunghyun carry Ji-eun inside his room...


He gently kiss Ji-eun down to her neck.....

He kills the lights.....


Then he looked the door....

Seunghyun picked up Yumi at their house and went down to Seoul.

Yumi: Seunghyun-ah, I'm surprised that you agreed to go out with me.

Seunghyun: Huh? ahmm..you said you're bored so i decided to pick you up.

Yumi: I'm glad. by the way, where are we going?

Seunghyun: Hmm...wait.

Seunghyun dials on his phone and put his headset on.

Seunghyun: Yeobusayo? Ne, its me. Odiya? (where are you?)  oh okay, bye.

Yumi: Who's that?

Seunghyun: Ahh..nothing. I'll take you somewhere nice. 

Yumi: Oh okay.

After few minutes, they arrived at some place very familiar. They were approaching to a table with 2 persons, and they are VERY familiar.

Jiyong: Seunghyun-ah, Yumi-ssi. 

Ji-eun: Eh? *Tuns around* S...Seunghyun? What are you..?

Seunghyun: Oh, you're here too? i have no idea you were here.

Ji-eun: Mwo?! Just a while ago you..

Jiyong: It's okay Ji-eun, if they bother us, we can go to other place right?

Seunghyun: Mwo?! A..Andwae you cant.

Jiyong: And why is that so? 

Seunghyun: Ya, Jiyong. You can't just go out with my future wife anytime you want!

Jiyong: Oh really? Then you should suppose to be with her and not with someone else.

Yumi: Someone else? Oppa, why you so harsh with your words?

Jiyong: i don't mean anything, it's just that I'm explaining to this guy the situation.

Seunghyun: YA, jiyong, why are you being serious all of sudden?! You know we can just share one table!

Jiyong: That;s not me to decide, it's Ji-eun.

Yumi: Oh kurae? Kureom, Ji-eun-ssi, can we sit with you guys?

Ji-eun: Ehh? Naega wae? (Why me?) F..Fine. 

Seunghyun: Heard that, we can share. Have sit now Yumi.

Yumi: Ah ne, Kamsahamnida.

The four shared an awkward atmosphere while eating until Seunghyun broke the silence.

Jiyong: So, Yumi-ah, you still haven't told us why you went back to Korea, any specific reason?

Yumi: Huh? Ahmm..I...I actually...I actually came back for someone..

Jiyong: Oh, your boyfriend?

Yumi: Well, i wish.

Jiyong: Eh what do you mean?

Yumi: To be very honest.....i came back for you Jiyong..

Seunghyun: All this time...i though you went back for me....I'm such a fool..

Yumi: Seunghyun-ah, i never told you that i like you, you were my best friend, and that's it. You shouldn't have assumed anything from me..

Ji-eun: YA! YOU...HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO SEUNGHYUN THAT WAY?!

Seunghyun: Gwaenchana Ji-eun. She's right. I was the stupid one.. 

Seunghyun stood up, and walked away from them slowly, Ji-eun ran after him.

After few minutes, Seunghyun came rushing to Ji-eun's Family's house, but before he can knock, Ji-eun came out.


Ji-eun: Oh,seunghyun-ah, you came.
Sunghyun: Ne, how are you?
Ji-eun: Uhmm....I think I'm doing great. You still feel something in your chest?
Seunghyun: Ugh, yeah a little, oh whats that in your hand?
Ji-eun: Water.


Seunghyun grabbed the water in her hands and drank it. He placed his hand on his chest.


Ji-eun: How do you feel?
Seunghyun: Hmm...I think...its getting back to normal. Did you drink water too?
Ji-eun: yeah, and i felt okay.
Seunghyun: So we just need to drink water? Aish~
Ji-eun: Anyways, why did you came?
Seunghyun: Eh? i came to see you. are you busy today?
Ji-eun: Yeah, I'm going out with Jiyong oppa.
Seunghyun: Eh? Jiyongie? Wae?!
Ji-eun: He wants to hang out with me, wae?!
Seunghyun: Ya, you're not suppose to hang out with him!
Ji-eun: And why is that so?! 
Seunghyun: Because...Because...
Ji-eun: If you cant give me any reason for me to not see Jiyong oppa, then I'll go. *Turns around*
Seunghyun: Ya! Ya! I'm still talking to you! *Phone rings* Yeobusayo? oh, Yumi-ssi!


Seunghyun got a call from Yumi, Ji-eun stopped from walking as soon as she heard that it was Yumi on the line. Seunghyun make her notice that it was Yumi by talking louder so Ji-eun could hear it.


Seunghyun: Oh Yumi-ssi, how have you been? oh you want to go out today? that's great I'm free! Okay, see ya in a few minutes, bye. Ji-eun-ah!
Ji-eun: *Turns around* Mwo?!
Seunghyun: I just got a call from Yumi and she wants to go out with me.
Ji-eun: So? I heard it.
Seunghyun: So if you want to see Jiyong today, then go!
Ji-eun: I'm really going to see him even if you disagree.
Seunghyun: Mwo?! Aish, fine whatever. Im going!


Seunghyun turns around and smirked. Happiness was painted all over his face, but not because Yumi called him, but because he's making it obvious to Ji-eun that he's meeting Yumi today so that she'll get jealous. There was a sly smile in his face as he drive his motorbike. He really enjoys himself mocking Ji-eun.


Ji-eun: Mwoya? He'll meet Yumi? Tsch! And its really obvious that he wants me to hear it out. Aish that stupid scumbag! Fine, I'll meet Jiyong! 


Ji-eun went hurriedly called Jiyong and meet with him.


Jiyong: Why do you want to meet me all of a sudden?
Ji-eun: Ah, aniyo. I just missed you. I've been busy with Seunghyun this past few days, we didn't have the chance to hang out. *phone rings* oh, hold on a sec.
Yeobusayo? Seunghyun? Mwoya?! (what?!) mwo? I'm here at 가베두림 
(famous cafe in Seoul) huh? ya, yeobusayo?! Yeobusayo?!
Jiyong: Was that seunghyun?
Ji-eun: Ne, aish he's annoying.
Jiyong: You really don't like him, don't you?
Ji-eun: YEAH.


Ji-eun and Jiyong talked for few minutes, about what's happening with each other's lives and how have they've been. They we're laughing at something when suddenly, Jiyong's smile fades when he saw someone approaching.

Few months later, Seunghyun and Ji-eun's relationship with each other became much better, they barely fight, they try to understand each other, and they're trying their best to hold each other's temper. Seunghyun became more open to Ji-eun regarding how he feels and his past, including the story behind him and Yumi. They really should work it out with each other since it's only a week away before they get married. Both of them are currently at their favorite cafe where they first met.

Ji-eun: *sighs* remember this small cafe?
Seunghyun: Of course, how can i forget the day you spilled on my favorite hoody?
Ji-eun: Aigoo, i didn't mean too. It's just that I'm trying to put my phone inside my bag and you were blocking the way.
Seunghyun: M..Mwo?! blocking the way?! That's the entrance! and you should always watch where you're going!
Ji-eun: FINE! it's my fault. so what?!
Seunghyun: Aish,Jinjja~!
Ji-eun: Seunghyun-ah
Seunghyun: Oh?
Ji-eun: What do you think about the marriage?
Seunghyun: Hmm..I...I don't know..
Ji-eun: Will it really be okay if we marry each other? Even if we don't...you know..

Seunghyun: Maybe...Maybe because...we....ate something?

Seunghyun: I dunno, but.. every time we're together i feel this.
Ji-eun: Me too. Maybe because we see each other a lot, and we always eat. Maybe it's not good for our hearts, too oily you think? maybe we shouldn't see each other for a week? what do you think?
Seunghyun: Let's try it our for three days?
Ji-eun: Okay then. I'll be going.
Seunghyun: Okay, goodbye.

They went on their separate ways and  didn't meet each other for 2 days. But on the 3rd day....

*Phone rings*

Ji-eun: Yeobusayo?
Seunghyun: Ji-eun-ah, its me.
Ji-eun: Oh, seunghyun, wae?
Seunghyun: It seems like it's getting worst.
Ji-eun: Ehh? what is?
Seunghyun: My heart.
Ji-eun: What about it?
Seunghyun: It beats so fast as we speak.
Ji-eun: Ehh? Have you tried to ask the doctor?
Seunghyun: Aniyo, aish, this is irritating. How bout yours?
Ji-eun: Well, mine. Omo, it's the same as yours.
Seunghyun: Aish this is all your fault!
Ji-eun: Wait, what?! My fault?! Naega wae?! (why me?!)
Seunghyun: Because you always order greasy foods when we go out!
Ji-eun: Ya! I'm feeling the same way too. why is it my fault?!
Seunghyun: Fine, I'll pick you up.

Seunghyun hang up the phone. Stupid fools, thinking that it's something they ate, not knowing that they started to grow feelings for each other.

While Seunghyun was laying in his bed, thinking thoughts, he heard a loud knock downstairs. He hurriedly went downstairs and opened the door with irritation in his face but that expression fade away.

Seunghyun: Ya, what are you doing here?!
Ji-eun: Let me in punk, it's freezing here!
Seunghyun: Oh, sorry, come in.
Ji-eun: Isshh!
Seunghyun: Take a sit, oh, just a sec, I'll be right back.

Seunghyun hurriedly went upstairs to get a blanket and wrap it all over ji-eun

Seunghyun: Is it warm enough? Should i get more blankets?
Ji-eun: Aniyo, this is fine. Ya!
Seunghyun: Wae?! Why are you yelling?!
Ji-eun: I..I discovered something about you!
Seunghyun: Ehh? Mwo?
Ji-eun: Yumi-ssi, who's Yumi-ssi to you?
Seunghyun: N..Ne.?
Ji-eun: I said who's Yumi to you? Do you still love her?
Seunghyun: Ehh? Ya, did Jaenim told you that stuffs?
Ji-eun: Wae?! You're not planning to tell me about her? You're so unfair, you knew everything about me and Jiyong oppa, but i don't know a thing about you and you're issues! If it isn't to Jaenim, maybe i wouldn't know. Now tell me, you still love her?
Seunghyun: Ya, why are you acting like this? Are you affected? and what is it to you? You said it yourself, that this marriage is consider as work only, do i have to tell every detail of my life to you?
Ji-eun: M..Mwo..?
Seunghyun: Don't ask about her, i don't want to talk about her, and i don't think this is the right time to tell you this, I'm planning to tell you everything, but you seem to be rushing me, which i can't do. You can't tell me what to do.

Ji-eun was shocked, later become irritated so she stood up.

Ji-eun: Kurae? FINE. Now i understand everything, you really don't care for me and to what I'll feel, Fine. So let me tell you this, You also can't tell me what to do, now i think i really won't open my heart for you, you scumbag! I'll just continue to love Jiyong and never close it for him, since i think he'll like me too, let's just continue to be this! Goodbye!

Ji-eun ran outside, He didn't ran after her. The tension is high between them. But after an hour, Seunghyun decided to went outside and look for her. It's 2am and it's very cold outside, and Ji-eun is wearing a short dress without any sleeves, Seunghyun was worried for her to catch a cold, and she didn't brought her car. The city was pretty far from the Choi's residence and it's hard to get a cab at that time so he eagerly looked for Ji-eun until he found her sitting at the playground not so far from their house. She was sitting at the swing, with her arms around her, trying to keep herself warm. Seunghyun slowly approached her and wrapped his coat around her but Ji-eun took it off and throw it away. She stood up glanced at him and walked away but before she could, Seunghyun pulled her arms and hugged her.

Ji-eun: Ya, let me go! Ugh! what do you think you're doing?! I said let go!
Seunghyun: Since you threw my coat, I'll just use my body to make you warm.
Ji-eun: Ya, Neo michyeosseo?! (Are you crazy?!) Let go of me!
Seunghyun: I can't. If i do, you'll catch a cold.
Ji-eun: What is it to you?! let go!
Seunghyun: You said i don't care about you and what you'll feel. You're wrong. I care a lot. and it seems like you're too blind to see. so I'll have to make you feel it.
Ji-eun: Ya! you're totally insane, let go!
Seunghyun: Aniyo, if you keep doing that, I'll hug you even tighter.

Ji-eun's angry face suddenly fades away and she slowly stopped from pushing seunghyun away. she just, stood up straight. Seunghyun grabbed Ji-eun's arms and placed it around his waist and hugged her again after.

Seunghyun: I'm so troubled today...I'm thinking too much thoughts, hurtful thoughts.. So, please let's just be like this...Just tonight...let me hug you tight..
Ji-eun: I don't know what's bothering you..but.. you said it was hurting you..So i won't be a brat tonight and I'll just go with the flow. But this is only tonight, arasseo?!
Seunghyun: Ne..I'm glad i have you tonight..
Ji-eun And don't hug me tighter! i can't breathe!
Seunghyun: Shall i give you mouth to mouth?
Ji-eun: YA!
Seunghyun: I was just kidding. Fine. Just promise me that you'll be my girl tonight..

Ji-eun nods, Seunghyun smiled and slowly kissed her head and hugged her tighter.

After Yumi went home,  Seunghyun went downstairs to check if she already left. The moment he saw that no one was left downstairs, he went into his room and lay down the bed. 

Seunghyun: Why did she came? I...I..I don't know what to feel, I'm supposed to be happy to see her again but... It's hurting me every time i see her..Everything is coming back to me like it only happened yesterday..Aish..

[FLASH BACK, 10 YEARS AGO]

Seunghyun was waiting at the hallway for Yumi. He won't go to class without her. Few minutes later, he saw Yumi coming, he hurriedly approached her.

Seunghyun: Ya, what took you so long?

Yumi: Mian, i did something important, did you wait that long?

Seunghyun: Ne, Aish.

Yumi: I said i was sorry, don't be mad at me okay? I don't like it when you're mad at me.

Seunghyun: When did i?

Yumi: Uhh, now?

Seunghyun: *Laughs*

Yumi: There, i made you laugh, truce?

Seunghyun: Aniyo, you must come with me after school, then we're truce.

Yumi: E..Ehh? Odi? (where?)

Seunghyun: Don't ask, just come with me, okay? Unless you want me to stay mad at you.

Yumi: Aish, Arasseo! Let's go inside now, we're gonna be late for class.

Seunghyun: Ah, ye.

Both of them went inside their classroom. After class, Seunghyun, Yumi, Yongbae, and Jiyong we're all together.

Yongbae: Woah, our teacher dismissed us early, where should we go then?

Jiyong: Hmm.. i don't know, what do you think Yumi?

Yumi: N..Naega? (M..Me?)

Jiyong: Yea, maybe you want to go somewhere else where you can enjoy too. 

Yumi: Ahmm..let me think of...

Seunghyun: Andwae. She's not going with you guys.

Yongbae: Eh? What do you mean?

Seunghyun: We're going somewhere, only two of us. She needs to pay me back for making me wait outside.

Jiyong: Oh, kuraeyo? (is that so?) So you're going on a date?

Seunghyun: Yea, we are, got any problem Ji?

Jiyong: Of course none. Have fun then.

Yumi and Seunghyun left. Yumi was surprised when they entered a restaurant, no one is around but them.

Seunghyun: i rented the whole place.

Yumi: J..Jeongmalyo? (Really?)

Seunghyun: Yea.

Yumi: What's this..I don't understand, i thought...

Seunghyun: I'm sorry, did i surprised you that much?

Yumi: Ye. You rented this whole place? What are you, millionaire? You're a student only! Oh gosh i forgot, your dad owns one of the largest printing ad in Korea.

Seunghyun: Aigoo, this is really nothing you know, but if you're not comfortable, we can leave.

Yumi: A..Aniyo. i just think that this is too much, Is this something important?

Seunghyun: Actually..yea, but shall we eat first? I don't wanna tell it with an empty stomach.

Yumi: Gee, you're really funny. You always make me laugh. Gomawo.

So, they ate. After eating, Seunghyun was planning to tell Yumi what's really behind their, well, consider as DATE.

Seunghyun: Yumi-ah, the truth here is...i want to...confess you something...but i really..can't pull off the courage to tell it.

Yumi: Ne? Aish, you're making me worry. But before that, i also want to tell you something.

Seunghyun: Oh, kurae? tell me first.

Yumi: Ahmm,. okay then..uhmmm... You know, 4 of us are very close since grade school right? And.. I actually grew up with you guys, even if I'm not that rich, like you guys are, you accepted me.. Especially you.. And i want to thank you for that...And..well..Uhmm..how do i say this..? Uhmm.. I think..I think i should tell you this first before anyone else. I mean, You should really know this first.

Seunghyun: What is it? Now you're making me nervous.

Yumi: Will you promise me that nothing will change between the two of us after i tell you this.? Promise me first, I don't wanna loose you.

Seunghyun: Woah, This is making me really nervous. okay, i promise. 

Yumi: I...I...I like...I like Jiyong...and...i think i love him...And i..i thought you should know this first because you're my closest friend..And yea...I like him..From the very start...the moment i saw him...I like him...I like him so much...

Seunghyun's heart stops for a second, He was about to confess Yumi that he loves her, but everything didn't go to what he planned.

Seunghyun: E..Everything is still in my head...every word is clear in my mind...that night that i saw her at the party, everything went back...

After standing out of nowhere for an hour, Seunghyun decided to go home. But as he drive, thoughts keep coming back to him. Finally, he arrived home. But he was surprised to see someone at the living room.

Yumi: Oh, you're home.
Seunghyun: Y...umi? What are you...?
Yumi: Aren't you glad to see me. I came to see you.
Seunghyun: Not really.
Yumi: Ya, what's with the attitude?
Seunghyun: Why are you here? Its late.
Yumi: I came to tell you something.
Seunghyun: Is it that important for you to come here at this hour?
Yumi: Wae? Am i bothering you? Well, if that's the case then I'll go.
Seunghyun: Aniyo. Tell me before you go home.
Yumi: Mworago?
Seunghyun: Just tell me then leave.
Yumi: Ya. Why are you like this?
Seunghyun: Nothing. What do you mean? I'm always been like this.
Yumi: No you're not. You're not like this before.
Seunghyun: That was before. Time pass by, people change.

Everyone seems to recognize the girl except Ji-eun who was her first time to see the girl. Everyone is smiling at her, well, almost everyone, Except her and Seunghyun.

Yumi: It's been years since i last saw you guys, how have you been?
Yongbae: Well, we're doing all good, how's you? It seems like you never changed, you're still beautiful.
Jiyong: Yea, who invited you anyway?
Jaenim: Oh, it was me. I thought she should be here too since you're friends with her.
Jiyong: Yea, especially to Seunghyun. Am i right Seunghyun?
Seunghyun: Huh? Ahmm..Ne..
Yumi: It's been a while too Seunghyun, how are you?
Seunghyun: I'm...I'm.. Good,
Yumi: I see that you haven't change at all, you're still handsome. I wonder if everything is still the same as before.
Ji-eun: Handsome my foot.
Yumi: ehh? And...Who are you?

Seunghyun went out from the venue and Ji-eun continues to ran after him.

Seunghyun stopped from running. Ji-eun bumped into him.

Ji-eun: ouch! Why did you stopped?!
Seunghyun: You told me so!
Ji-eun: Ah, ne. Hey why did you ran anyways?!
Seunghyun: Nothing i just..
Ji-eun: And who's that girl? Why do i feel like you're somewhat, connected to her? Did you had an affair with her? Do you like her?
Seunghyun: Ya, will you stop asking questions?!
Ji-eun: Wae?! i have the rights to ask! She went into our party, then you started acting like this. Why don't you just tell me already!
Seunghyun: i can't!
Ji-eun: WAE?!
Seunghyun:Because i don't want to!
Ji-eun: Kurae? Fine. Then i guess...Then i guess i won't be able to open my heart again and let you be my everything until you tell me everything. I'm going!

Ji-eun walks away from him. Seunghyun was then again, surprised to what Ji-eun said. He was standing still out of nowhere for an hour.

Everyone gathered around as Daeho, Ji-eun's father approaches the mic. Everyone in the family was there, Of course, the Choi family was there.

Daeho: Good evening everyone, thank you all for coming tonight. Well, i won't beat around the bush, I'll tell the reason for this party. As you've all known, I'm getting older, but still, i can manage to run our company. But this isn't for life time. Someone has to take over the company, and you also know that i have 2 precious children. But i decided that my daughter, shall continue what i started, with his husband to be. May i present you, My Daughter, Dong Ji-eun, and my best friend-slash-business partner's son Choi Seunghyun.

Everyone applauded after Ji-eun and Seunghyun went on the stage.

Jaenim: I never thought that they'll look good together.
Yongbae: Yea, me too. What do you think Ji?
Jiyong: Of course, She looks very beautiful.
Yongbae: And what about seunghyun?
Jiyong: He's always been stunning. Do i really have to say it all over again?

They arrived at the venue of the party. Ji-eun was still very quiet, not saying a thing at all, Seunghyun talked to her.


Seunghyun: Ya, why are you so quiet? Is there something wrong? Did you fight with your parents again? Ya, Ya. Ji-eun-ah! Are you even listening to me?
Ji-eun: E..Ehh? Are you saying something?
Seunghyun: Are you mocking me?
Ji-eun: Mwo? 
Seunghyun: Stop fooling around and tell me why you're so quiet!
Ji-eun: It's nothing okay.
Seunghyun: It bothers me. You can't go out from this car without telling me what's wrong.
Ji-eun: I said its nothing. Don't start a fight seunghyun.
Seunghyun: Ya, i know you already, now speak up! I thought we're okay now?
Ji-eun: *Sighs* I don't know. I'm confused.
Seunghyun: Confused? About what?
Ji-eun: I don't want to tell you because this is something important for me.
Seunghyun: What's important to you is also important to me. Now tell me.
Ji-eun: Fine, you want to hear the truth? Okay.  My heart. My heart & mind is confusing me. I don't know what else to do!
Seunghyun: Huh? I don't get it.
Ji-eun: Seunghyun, you know that i don't like you right?
Seunghyun: Yes, because I'm arrogant.
Ji-eun: No. It's not because of that.

Seunghyun was very shocked to hear that from Ji-eun. He never thought that Ji-eun would be that honest and frankly tell it to his face that he likes someone else.

Seunghyun: Its okay Ji-eun, i already know everything.
Ji-eun: What do you mean everything?
Seunghyun: That...He was..He was your first everything, The...only guy who can cheer you up and make you happy, Your tears, your smiles, are all for him only. He's your everything. The one who owns your heart. Your life.
Ji-eun: How did you......
Seunghyun: You know that i don't like you too right? You're the girl i hate the most in this world. Everything you do irritates me. You're no good for me. But...As days goes by, and I'm starting to know you.. I tried to understand you, and finally, i get used to it. I'm not saying that...I like you now. But I'm still trying to adjust. And i know, I've done bad things to you, and you already forgive me for that. Now i only want to ask you something.. Do you think...You could..
Ji-eun: I could....?
Seunghyun: Don't you think you could let me be you're everything?
Ji-eun: W....What?
Seunghyun: I know, I'll never replace Jiyong in your heart and in your life. But now that we know that this marriage is getting more serious. I want...I want you to open your heart for me. I know this is hard for you. But you should understand that this is hard for me also. But I'm trying my best here. 
Ji-eun: But it's harder for me because i...i like somebody else.
Seunghyun: Wae? Don't you think i like someone else too.?

Ji-eun: If its complicated, then let's not do this. This is really nonsense. You know what? Let's just go out there and make a fake couple. That's how we should do.

 As the two reunited, someone opens the door and find both of them hugging each other.

Ji-eun and Seunghyun immediately released each other. It was Seunghyun's parents.

Hyeosun: Oh, yeobu, i think we just disturbed them.
Ji-eun: A...Aniyo ommoni.
Seunghyun: Aniyo? They definitely disturbed us!
Ji-eun: They didn't! Please don't misinterpret ommoni, aboji.
Junghwa: Ji-eun-ah, no need to explain, we saw what we need to see. And you're a couple anyway, there's no way we should be shocked about this.
Hyeosun: Yea, actually, we enjoyed it.
Seunghyun: Ehh? How long have you been watching us?
Junghwa: Oh, not really, we just arrived.
Seunghyun: Oh, is that so?

Ji-eun and seunghyun was shocked about the news of the engagement party. They will be announced as couples to everyone. Will they overcome it? Ji-eun went home and was not very surprised to see her parents.

Daeho: Oh, you're here.
Chunhee: Where have you been sweetie?
Ji-eun: At the Choi's residence.
Daeho: Oh, to see seunghyun?
Ji-eun: Ye.
Chunhee: Why do i get the feeling that you're not surprised to see us?
Ji-eun: Oh, Ye. Seunghyun's parents were there. And they already told me everything.
Daeho: about the Party too?

Ji-eun went upstairs, Took a shower, and wore the dress in her bed which her mom bought her. While doing everything, she was out of her mind. When asked about Seunghyun, She couldn't think of anything to answer. Her hearts says its Jiyong, but her mind keeps confusing her about Seunghyun. After preparing for the party, someone knocks at the door and told her that someone is already downstairs, waiting for her. She went downstairs, still absent minded. She didn't even notice who was the guy waiting for her. 

Seunghyun: Ji-eun-ah! Ji-eun ah!
Ji-eun: Oh, it's you.
Seunghyun: Of course it's me. Let's go, we're gonna be late!
Ji-eun: Ah, ne.

Seunghyun escorted her to his car. He always make sure that Ji-eun wears her seatbelt before driving off. He slightly smiled as he drives, but she can't help but notice Ji-eun being so quiet.

Its been weeks since Ji-eun saw Seunghyun. They haven't seen each other for 2 weeks. It seems like Seunghyun is not very visible after their fight. Ji-eun felt a bit happy to not see Seunghyun around but she also felt uneasy. So she decided to go to their house. Before she could press the doorbell, someone opens the door. It was seunghyun.


Ji-eun: Oh, *clears her throat* Seunghyun-ssi, it's been a while.
Seunghyun: Jaenim is not here. He went to busan to visit our grandmother.
Ji-eun: Ohh.. kuraeyo? (is that so.)
Seunghyun: Ye.
Ji-eun: Uhmm...if that's the case then..
Seunghyun: Ji-eun-ssi.
Ji-eun: Ne?
Seunghyun: Did you really went here to see Jaenim.
Ji-eun: Huh? w...what do you mean. O...Of course!
Seunghyun: That's strange. I heard Jaenim called you, telling you that she'll go to busan today before she left the house.
Ji-eun: Huh? Me.? She didn't!
Seunghyun: That's more strange, i heard her clearly said "Ji-eun-ah, I'll go to busan today. let's hang out some other day" 
Ji-eun: S...She did? Oh, maybe i misheard her.
Seunghyun: Jeongmal? (really?)
Ji-eun: And what are you trying to say here, that i came to see you?
Seunghyun: Aren't you? *smirk*
Ji-eun: O...Of course not!
Seunghyun: okay, if you say so. If that's the case then, I'll go in.


Seunghyun turns around and walk back inside their house but before he closed the door;

Seunghyun: Oh?
Ji-eun: C..Can we talk for a minute?
Seunghyun: Wae?
Ji-eun: FINE! I..I'm actually here...to see you.
Seunghyun: Really? why?
Ji-eun: I...I need to tell you something.
Seunghyun: Oh, kurae? (is that so?) Come in.
Ji-eun: A...Aniyo, I'll just tell it here.
Seunghyun: You won't come in, fine. *Closing the door*

Ji-eun slowly walks toward and went inside the house. Seunghyun smiled as he closes the door.


Seunghyun: Have a sit.

Ji-eun: Aniyo. I won't be staying for long.
Seunghyun: Ohh.. okay. So, what is it that you have to say? It seems to be very important. You could have called me. But you went all the way here.

Seunghyun: Then what? Every time I'm around we always fight. We always hurt each other by those harsh words we say. And i think this is the best way. Don't you?

Ji-eun: Every time we see each other, we fight. And if we continue to see each other, i don't think we'll not be able to marry. So i think you did a good job by not being so visible. In that way, I....I..I've come to realize that....I started this all..And for that...I'm....I'm sorry.. Please forgive me.


Seunghyun was shocked, He never expected Ji-eun to say those things and apologize. There was a silence between them. Seunghyun slowly walks towards Ji-eun until they were face-to-face. Seunghyun looks deeply into her eyes and slowly placed his hands on Ji-eun's forehead.


Seunghyun: Ji-eun-ah...
Ji-eun: N...Ne..?
Seunghyun: Are you.....ARE YOU SICK?!
Ji-eun: M..Mwo?! YA! I'm serous! I'm...I'm really sorry.
Seunghyun: Wow, this is something new.
Ji-eun: So...Can...Can you forgive me?
Seunghyun: Huh? Forgive you? I don't think so.
Ji-eun: M..Mwo?! Wae?!


Seunghyun hugged her with a smile in his face.


Seunghyun: I've done things to you also. And I'm sorry too. I...I missed you brat.
Ji-eun: I...I kinda miss our fights too.


Seunghyun even hugged her tighter, And Ji-eun slowly place her arms around seunghyun to hug him back.
